Our role to to provide total vending support for our clients, to enable them to concentrate on their business, knowing that the needs of their employees and customers vending needs are in good hands and that all of their needs will be met.

Software

Smith Vending is utilizing Streamware software.  This software has been the successful tool for our industries leading vending companies .  We have established Plan-o-grams that record sales data to help us place the items that consumers WANT & BUY in the machines.  Our ability to track the revenue has helped us increase our efficiencies and decrease our stales, thus helping us reduce waste and keep our prices low.  Watching every penny has helped us make our dollars work harder for you!

Our Investment
In 2009, we invested over $100,000 into our new software system.  This system will help us over time develop history that will help us market the items people buy.  Along with a better accounting system, our costs are reduced and this helps us maintain the lowest possible prices and still offer the best in service and products.
 
   

Route Personnel

Smith Vending employees wear company uniforms and drive vehicles clearly identifying  SMITH VENDING / CANTEEN Services. Service is provided when needed, and that includes weekends!


Technical Service

Our primary equipment supplier is Crane Merchandising Systems.  They are the manufactures of Dixie Narco, Automatic Products, Crane, GPL, & Streamware.  They are the industry leader in vending equipment & software.  Our equipment is integrated with the Streamware software to help us maintain the machines in the highest degree of service. 

In the unlikely event of an out-of-order call, our service technicians respond promptly.  Most calls are responded to within 2 hours.


Refunds

Smith Vending works with each client to set up a refund system that works for you, the customer.  We strive to make sure that in the event a customer fails to have a successful vending experience, that we promptly correct that action with the correct item or a refund.


Cleanliness

Sanitation is a major concern and cleaning is a part of the route driver's service routine.  Equipment is inspected by the route supervisor, service manager, and the general manager on a ongoing basis for cleanliness & compliance factors.  All sanitation guidelines set by the FDA & NAMA are our standards.
